Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not the result of our error, a restocking fee of 15% of purchased product may be charged for refund or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you feel that a product you received is defective, please give us a call or email with detailed information about the issue. We will review and, if approved, issue a RMA # along with a return shipping label. Once we receive the product, please allow 5-10 business days in order for us to inspect the product and formulate a final decision about the return.
After inspection, if we find that the product DOES NOT have a manufacturers defect, you will be notified and a refund/exchange WILL NOT be permitted. If you would like the product returned to you at this point, we will return it to you with shipping expenses being your responsibility.
After inspection, if we find the product does have a manufacturers defect, you will be notified and we may authorize a refund or exchange. All shipping expenses for exchanges will be covered by us.

We ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii with differing rates).
We offer free US Postal Service Economy Shipping for orders of $100 or more. The exceptions are as follows: (1) Alaska and Hawaii are considered outside the continental United States, so they will be subject to differing rates, (2) some items with fixed shipping costs are not eligible for free shipping, and (3) Gift Certificates are not physical items so they will not qualify for free shipping when combined with an order of other physical products.
Free shipping for orders of $100 or more only applies within the contiguous U.S.
Although we do our best to provide accurate and precise shipping estimates, they may be incorrect especially for larger and heavier items (such as reels, lures, etc.) If we find that the actual shipping cost differs from the estimate given at checkout, you will be notified and may be asked to pay an additional charge to cover the difference.
Domestic (Contiguous U.S.) orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days.
If shipping by UPS, we DO NOT ship to a PO Box address. Please provide a deliverable physical address. However, we do ship to a PO Box address via the US Postal Service only.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking #'s once the item has shipped (usually within 48 hours).
Order processes end at 3 PM every working business day (Monday to Friday). All orders after 3 PM will be processed the next business day.
Order processing may take up to three full business days.
In Store Pickup
For orders with a shipping method of "In Store Pickup," please have your photo ID and order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order. You may visit our retail shop located at: 1301 Route 9 South, Cape May Ct Hse, NJ 08210 to pick up all orders. You will receive an email with a shipping status of "Ready For Pickup" when your order is ready to be picked up.
