Fluke Salt Bug Cape Cod Special Rig

This rig has been optimized for use specifically in the Cape Cod, MA, area fishing for giant doormat Fluke. Anglers typically use bigger baits, so we upgraded our hooks to sizes 5/0 and 6/0 in order to accommodate those bigger profiles. These rigs are best fished with big 6” Berkley Gulp baits and big strips of natural bait, such as fluke belly, mackerel fillet, bluefish strips, Peruvian spearing, etc. They are also available in the heavier sizes to handle the stronger current that is common to those fishing grounds.
